SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
6:30AM – 7:45AM – Packet pick-up
8AM – Start of the Half Marathon
8:15AM – Start of the 5K Run/Walk
12:30PM – The Half Marathon Course
The Marathon offers 4 aid stations along the 13.1-mile course at Mile 2.5, Mile 5, Mile 8.5, and Mile 10.75.
Racers will enjoy beautiful scenery as they run on the Sparta-Elroy bike trail, which is a flat gravel running surface. The trail makes up about half of the race course. The other half of the course is run on the back country roads of Sparta, Wisconsin – be prepared for rolling hills!
